Time to Ski

Ski season opened on Thanksgiving Day while we were in Oklahoma, but we did get to take the kids up for awhile Sunday. Jay was sad to miss opening day, but there is a small number of runs open right now so he didn't miss much.
View of Wilson Peak from the gondola station at the top of the mountain.
See Forever isn't open yet, but the snow machines were going strong up there. I'm sure Telski is anxious to get it open so they can open the new lift in Revelation Bowl.
Lower Boomerang looking down on Mt. Village.
Riding lift 4 and watching some skiers on Misty Maiden.
Telluride from the gondola.
Our friend Steve Garufi has again included some of my recent photos on his website Snow Pictures. He has some awesome photos around the Buena Vista area and snow photos from June and July.

Hello Lisa: Most impressive photos. After seeing these pictures I'm almost afraid to admit that I'm from Maine as our slopes can't compare. Keep up your fine posting and pictures. mc
